hallo,

hab einen pc der mit zig viren + trojaner verseucht ist u. suche ein gutes removal tool. installierter virenscanner findet nichts an. hab schon mal mit ezscan + SmitFraudfix gescannt, kann jedoch nicht alles was er findet entfernen

bitte dringend um hilfe

Pfad notieren, in dem sich die Viren befinden, im abgesicherten Modus starten und dort die Viren entfernen

Neuinstallation!

Eigentlich das einzige vernünftige bei solch einer Situation. Wer sagt dir das wirklich alle Spuren von den Trojaner und Viren vom System entfernt wurden.
