ich brauche eine software mit der ich z.B. eine 56k verbindung simulieren kann..... ich meine, chello kommt ehh nahe dran aber trotzdem....

kann da jemand helfen.... ich muss websites testen....

The second important property in IIS's Internet Service Manager is the bandwidth throttle, located under the Advanced tab on the WWW Service Properties dialog box (as shown in Screen 2). By default, this parameter is turned off so that all IIS services have access to the maximum available bandwidth. Sites running a small intranet can lower the throttle setting to prevent IIS from consuming all network resources or possibly overloading slower bridges or routers. For example, a typical small, corporate intranet site running on Ethernet can reduce this value to 1024 to ensure that IIS services consume no more than 10 percent of available bandwidth. Sites dedicated to providing Internet services must keep this throttle disabled to transmit data at the maximum bandwidth, and ensure the best Web server performance.

hab auch eine client side lösung gefunden!!

Das mim IIS Throttle funktioniert nicht wirklich, der macht das nicht sehr Fine Grained.

gibts nicht simple lösungen wie stinknormale software programmiert von irgendeinem pc-freak dem gerade sehr sehr faaad war

Wenn du dich ein bisschen in Java auskennst, kannst das eh ganz einfach selber machen. Machst halt ein Programm, das auf einem TCP Socket listened und ihn auf einen anderen weiterleitet. Und immer nur kleine Stückchen auf einmal, unter Berücksichtigung der Uhrzeit. Das ganze schaltest du dann zwischen einen HTTP Proxy und deinen Browser.
