Ich suche einen freien Win32 C-Compiler mit kleiner Entwicklerumgebung und zwar sollte er ohne Setup funktionieren -> sprich keine Installation erforderlich.

gcc geht sicher ohne Installation (entweder MinGW oder Cygwin), aber "installationsfreie" IDE ist mir keine bekannt.

Borland 5.5 inkl. Context, ist aber ohne Installation sehr unbrauchbar weil er - BC 5.5 - ohne Eintrag in die Paths etwas anstrengend werden kann

nein,ernsthaft: devcpp könnte funktionieren ohne installation,habs aber selbst noch nicht ausprobiert
