wenn cih einen thread subscribe hab ich ihn dann im usercp aufeführt, und ich bekomme ne email sobald jemand in den thread reinpostet..

gibts ne möglichkeit das die threads im usercp aufgeführt sind, OHNE das man ständig ne mail bekommt?
