HELP: IBM T30 Bios Password

Hallo miteinander!

HAbe einen IBM T30 - er war durch systempasswort geschützt.
PLötzlich nimmt er PW nocht mehr - kenne auch noch supervisor PW aber auch das funktioniert nich.
Zusätzlcih kommt Fehlermeldung Check date & time....

Kann mir jemand helfen??
