FIC is now producing a huge range of advanced video cards based on ATI technology. New additions to the range include the A98 and A98P based on the ATI Radeon 9800 and 9800 Pro graphics engines respectively. The A98 and A98P both feature 400MHz RAMDAC, 8 pipeline architecture, 256 bit data width, 512Kb of serial flash ROM, AGP 8X/4X/2X compatibility, TV-out, support for simultaneous dual displays and DirectX 9.0/OpenGL support. In addition, the A98 will support 128MB of DDR memory and a core/memory clock speed of 325/310MHz. The A98P will support up to 256MB of DDR memory and has a core/memory clock speed of 400/460MHz.

Although the info comes from a reliable source (FIC), the memory clocks for the Pro version could have been mistyped. Time will tell. Either FIC will pull the info off their website or change it. I'm not saying it isn't correct. I'm just letting you guys know that the number 460MHz really meant to be 360MHz.

frage zum ramdac (sehe das sie 400MHz anstatt den übblichen 350 oder 380 hat) hat dei karte wieder 2 eigene oder wird wieder alles über einen gesteuert?

es wird herumgerätselt ob sich fic bei den rams vertan hat.
was denkt ihr darüber? die non pro wird mit 325/310 angegeben.
also wenn 460, dann kanns nur ddrII sein, oder?

jo is echt schad, 460 mem hätte mich ärger erregt

is wirklich schad wenns so is.
der topfen is halt, sie habens net notwendig solang
nvidia nix zsammbring. und blöd wären sie zu früh
in die vollen zu gehen.
sie haben doch bestätigt, dass der r300 core bereits
mit ddrII funken würde. also solts der 350er locker
können.

DDR II is aber mehr als noch experimentell und sau teuer würde dei ganze karte 50-100€ier mehr kosten

des reicht eh is drauf bezogen das die "Krone" behalten

/me spritzt gleich auf den monitor bei den daten !
ich glaube damit weiß ich was mein nächstes prunkstück im rechner wird !

jo genau de koffer bei nvidia solln gfelligst anzahn

und S3 etc. solln auch gas geben und ordentlich dampf im low-cost sektor machen
