Netzteil blinkt?

Was bedeutet es eigentlich wenn das Netzteil blinkt, sobald man es ans notebook ansteckt? ist das normal, wenn kein akku im notebook ist?

hab ein asus notebook.

Hab ein Hp nb und bei mir is es auch so und zwar schon immer...

EDIT: Bin schon auf den nächsten Thread zu deinem berüchtigten Asus gespannt: "Hilfe, mir ist ein Hammer auf mein Notebook gefallen" oder so ähnlich.
