hab kernel sourcen auf den pc geholt und entpackt und wollte dann make menuconfig machen.
allerdings meint er dann unter anderem:

>>unable to find the ncurses libraries.

>>you must have ncurses installes in order
>>to use make menuconfig

allerdings hab ich ncurses die neueste version drauf. was kanns da haben?

os ist debian mit momentan kernel 2.2.22

wennst X installiert hast, probier make xconfig

das hat leider auch nicht geholfen, hab ich vorher schon probiert
