ntfs partitionen user readable mounten?

eintrag in /etc/fstab

user kann partition mounten/unmounten
partition gemountet
dr-x------ 1 root root 20480 Aug 25 15:15 hd40
partition nicht gemountet
drwxr-xr-x 2 martin martin 4096 Oct 2 00:33 hd40

wieso aendern sich beim mounten die berechtigungen des verzeichnisses in das ich die partition mounte?

als root ist alles kein problem

howto change?
