Intel D210GLY2 Problem

hallo.

hoff ich bin im richtigen forum. wenn nicht bitte verschieben

ich hab ein GLY2 borad daheim und es lauft so auch ohne probleme. wenn ich es aber mit einer D-Link DFE 580TX (Quad Nic) verwenden will (unter linux, egal ob kernel 2.4 oder 2.6) werden mir immer nur das 3. und das 4. interface erkannt.

die karte ist ok. in einem anderen brettl lauft sie ohne probleme.
es sieht so aus als wenns ein problem der interrupts wäre. im bios hab ich schon alle geräte die onboard sind abgedreht (com, lan, sata, sound, usb)

hat jemand eine ahnung ob man die zwei geräte irgendwie zum laufen bekommt?
