ich leg die 1.7b mal als 1,7 Milliarden Transistoren aus, also wenn daran auch nur a bissl was wahres is dann respekt

yo..
weiters glaub ich das die cpu an die Pentium M und nicht netburst technologie angelegt ist.
2ghz / dualcore mit 400mhz fsb ist mehr als beeindruckend.
gibts keine infos über 64bit in der kiste?

das is keine pentium m oder netburst cpu

das ist ganz einfach ein aufgemotzter aktueller itanium

der wird afaik sogar noch itanium2 heißen

najo eben a server CPU des sogt auch der fsb da die 400MHz sicher quadpumped sand

welche achitektur des is wäre interessant, die fü transen erklären den viel cahce der braucht echt vü transistoren.

war auch nur ne vermutung von mir also hab ich mal bei intel gesucht und bin fündig geworden.!

hier wird wohl erstmals AMD's 64bit technologie eingesetzt.
mit intels 64bit technik müsste 32bit bei einer 32bit cpu emuliert werden, und eine reine 64bit cpu hat intel mit der itanium serie schon am markt.

jop IEM64 is des AMD64 aber ich wusste ned das des da nocona hebn wird dachte beim Xeon bleibens strikt beim IA64 das in itaniumII auch vermarkten können

xeon hatte bisher doch keine 64bit extensions..
doch mit der IEM64, DDR2, PCI-E wird ein dual xeon system mit 2 3,6ghz starken prozessoren seeehr interessant.
auch für den desktop markt.- wer das geld dazu hat.
