Noiseblockernetzteil wirklich so leise?

Hallo,

sind die Noiseblocker Netzteile (http://www.blacknoise.de) wirklich so leise wie angegeben.
Will mir nämlich das Enermax 350 von denen besorgen. Soll angeblich zw. 17 und 21 dB haben.
Hat wer Erfahrung mit Blacknoise.

Ich hab ihr 420W CWT getestet, und das war schon SEHR leise.
