Basically they were partially constructed versions of what appears to have been Half Life 3 beta maps (and not EP3 maps, the video suggests, judging from the somewhat recent dating [2012-2014]) sourced from an Episode 1 and 2 Beta leak that occurred earlier in this year. Some modders finished them up themselves and made them publicly available.

The YouTube video also mentions to "make sure to have Source Engine 2013 Single Player, and set it to the upcoming beta. "
You can find the Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer under Library > Tools on Steam.
You can set it to the upcoming beta by Right Clicking > Properties > Betas > Select the beta you would like to opt into: > -upcoming

What is included in this release:
- 11 levels created by Valve between 2012 and 2013, intended for Half-Life 3. Keep in mind that these levels were gameplay experiments, not actual storyline based levels.
- 4 demonstration levels created by Lever Softworks to show various functions and NPCs not seen in those levels.
- weapon_proto1, a Combine laser-gun that shoot through walls, intended for Episode 3.
- hl2eb_weapon_proto1_debug, a command which toggles the Developer Console spam created by weapon_proto1.
- npc_combine_armored, an Armored Combine Soldier, intended for Episode 3.
- npc_wpnscanner, a City Scanner with a laser gun, intended for Episode 3.

Ich finds eigentlich relativ witzig, dass die Story praktisch gar nicht auf den G-Man eingeht. Fast so als hätte Valve selber ned gewusst, was sie mit ihm machen sol..
...oh wait, das weiß man ja schon seit 10 Jahren
keines der games geht auf den g-man ein und ich denke das war auch so gedacht. wie in bester x-files manier bleiben die hintermänner stehts mysteriös.
eli in episode 2 ist der einzige charakter, der gordon auf den g-man anspricht.
Material für einen Film oder eine Serie wäre dieser Handlungsstrang auf jeden Fall.
