probleme mit dem ram?

kommt immer wieder, memtest 86 hab ich mal über die nacht durchrennen lassen, keine fehler

auch der IE spinnt immer wieder

format und neuinstall haben nicht geholfen, was kann das sein?

Welches Mainboard?
2 unterschiedliche Rambausteine drin?

cpu bekommt genug spannung?
ram auch einzeln ausgestestet?
bios version?

nein, alles läuft im standard takt, der schnellere ram läuft auch in den langsameren settings
bios ist 1006
ram, nein, nicht einzeln, nur zusammen, aber prime 95 lief auch schon ein dutzend mal ohne probleme

Wenn das icq abstürzt, würde mich das nicht sonderlich beunruhigen. Das ist halt ein Monster. Diese Adresse (0x00000004) sieht auch eher nach Programmfehler aus als nach Hardwareproblem.

(hotfixes am besten auch gleich).
