seagate RMA probs

So nun sind mir schon wieder 2 Hdds eingegangen. Beide eben von Seagate

einmahl eine ST3250823A SN: 4ND0P8D1 und ST3200822A SN: 5LJ0ZC4H

Bis jetzt hatte ich nie Probs bei der rma, aber jetzt findet er beide nicht. Immer nur [Invalid Part/Serial # combination. We are unable to provide warranty information.

Nummer stimmen, Testprog spuckt die gleichen aus.

Kanns es sein das die mom ein Prob mit ihren Datenbanken oder sowas haben. Falls wer Zeit hat mal seine zu testen wer das echt nett.
