The test system was a Compaq Presario PC model SR5010NX that was picked up from Best Buy for just $199.99 in June of 2007. This system came loaded with Windows Vista Home Basic and needed a boost in performance as the 512MB of single-channel DDR2 667MHz memory installed inside left the user wanting more. With ReadyBoost not performing up to par and with fixes coming from Microsoft in SP1 it makes it impossible to suggest ReadyBoost to any of our readers regaurdless of the brand name. Stick to tried and true memory modules for improving system performance!

Ein einziger synthetischer Benchmark (PC Mark 05) um Ready Boost zu testen ? Imo eine sehr schwache Leistung von legitreviews.
Bootup time, Ladezeiten von echten Applikationen und Spielen, ingame FPS und Filetransfer hätte da schon zumindest hermüssen.

ja, bootzeit hat mir auch gefehlt.
aber was solls, mittlerweile sollte jeder wissen, dass weitere 512mb bzw. gleich 1-2 GB die bessere investition sind.
