Noch nie gehört und noch nie passiert. "Verschluckt" ist auch eine super technische Beschreibung warum das passiert.

[x] NTFS, es sei denn nicht möglich oder ich weiß das ein anderer potentieller Nutzer kein Windows besitzt, dann wirds FAT32.

Das ist für einen USB-Stick nicht einmal so uninteressant, wenn etwa verfrüht abgezogen wird oder die Stromversorgung wieder einmal spinnt.

nachdem jedes meiner betriebssysteme (win, lin und mac) ntfs lesen und schreiben kann sehe ich keinen grund es nicht zu verwenden.
