Frage:
Ich erhalte im Ereignisprotokoll von Windows2000 sehr oft die Fehlermeldung:

"Zugriff verweigert beim Versuch, einen DCOM-Server zu starten"

kann mir jemand sagen, was das bedeutet und wie ich es wegbekomme ?

Meistens tritt dieser Fehler auf, wenn ich im Internet surfe.
Habe IE6.0

Tritt nicht nur unter Win2k auf, sondern auch XP, darum würd ich mal sagen, probiers hiermit:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event ID: 10002
Description: Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server.
The problem is caused by the backup operators group not having the permissions required to run a scheduled task when someone other than a backup operator is logged interactively.
The only workarounds that I know are:

1. Use Administrator credentials.

2. Grant the required permissions using Dcomcnfg.exe:

a. Start Dcomcnfg.exe.
b. Press Component Services.
c. Press Computers.
d. Press My Computer.
e. Press DCOM config.
f. Right-click Removable Storage Manager, and press Properties.
g. Select the Security tab.
h. Press Edit under Launch Permissions.
i. Add the backup operators group.
