das ist ja das um und auf bei multilens telescopen dass die spiegel anpassen kann, faszinierend ist dabei ja wie genau das ganze sein muss, ich weiß es vom keck telescope dort sind 4nm schritte möglich.

Die mögliche Geschwindigkeit des Verstellens entspricht angeblich der Wachstumsgeschwindigkeit eines Haares. Hab ich mal wo gelesen. Das sollte recht präzise Anpassungen ermöglichen.

Das JWST ist so ausgelegt, dass es sich selbst korrigiert, da ist eine Brille nicht nötig

Was jetzt genau passiert is mir (momentan noch) viel zu hoch - nachdem man scheinbar schon scharfe "Bilder" schießen kann.

Es schaut auf jeden fall gut aus. Keinen BER sinnfrei in den Raum geschossen.
Und selbst wenns nicht geklappt hätte, hätten wir wohl mehr als aus BER gelernt.

6,4 Kelvin: Instrument 4 des Weltraumteleskops James Webb auf Betriebstemperatur

Erst bei -267 Grad Celsius funktioniert das Instrument MIRI. Dank eines Kühlgeräts ist es jetzt kalt genug. Damit kann das letzte Instrument vorbereitet werden.

Mehr als eines... Der Druck muss unglaublich gewesen sein bei dem Preis eines überteuerten Flughafens.

Remarkable improvement over previous instruments.

Kaum ein Unterschied. A bissl DLSS und CAS sharpening via reshade übers linke Bild laufen lassen und das ist nicht mehr zu unterscheiden.
