This material is not only crystal clear, but lightweight and strong. The design of the case is a tribute to engineering using the fewest pieces of plastic as possible without hindering functionality. The problem with the material is that it does not offer magnetic shielding. Electronic devices create magnetic fields that can create problems in other electronic devices. This is not really a major issue unless you are in a scientific setting or have the case next to other electronics. I would like to see more than the bare minimum number of tubes and screws.
