ein freund von mir hat folgendes problem:

nachdem er windows xp neu aufgesetzt hat, ist plötzlich der GRUB nicht mehr gekommen...
kann man ihn irgendwie wiederherstellen ohne in diesem fall suse (9.1 prof.) neu aufzusetzen?

Einfach mit der Linux Cd booten, und den Bootloader neu schreiben lassen (füg irgendwo ein Leerzeichen ein, wenn nichts verändert wird wird er nicht neu geschrieben)

mir wird von der LiveCD der bootloader ned erkannt, ich verwend deswegen den befehl grub von der root-konsole aus

1. "root (hd0,2)" -> 3. partition von hd0, dort wo die config files für grub liegen
2. "setup (hd0)" -> schreibt in bootsektor von hd0
3. neu booten
