Zitat
Around 4 years back, Kingmax made a big "ha hu" debut into the world of memory modules with their "Tiny-BGA" Technology.

As taken from Kingmax's website, the Tiny-BGA is a unique DRAM packaging size used in conjunction with advanced DRAM module technology that allows for the following :-

1. Higher Memory Capacity.
2. Higher Electrical Performance.
3. Higher Thermal Dissipation.
4. Low Cost.
