Habe ein Problem:
Wenn ich im Bios meines Epox 8KTA3+Pro einstelle:

First Boot Device: SCSI
und dann oberbei bei "boot SCSI or HPT-370" einstelle: PCISCSI

dann wird keines der Bios der beiden Geräte mehr geladen und sie sind undverwendbar!
Will aber von SCSI booten da ich da meine Betriebssysteme drauf hab!
Und auf dem HPT370 hab ich die Daten auf 2 40GB Platten im Raid 0 Modus!

Was kann ich da machen bzw. hilft da das neuste Bios weiter (hab noch eins vom 17.06.2001 drauf)

Na BIOS Updates haben noch selten geschadet. :)


Schau mal, ob du beim SCSI-Controller das Boot-Bios enabled hast!

Sonst weiß der SCSI-Controller nicht, daß er zum booten gedacht ist.

Wenn ich aber die Platten an den IDE1 hänge und den HPT-370 nicht benütze bootet er vom SCSI-Drive!

Komme erst morgen wieder heim!
Mache dann mal ein Bios update und vielleicht finde ich dann auch was im SCSI-Bios!
