SATA BIOS Problem auf ABIT NF7

Folgendes Problem : Ich habe ein ABIT nf7 board und 2 sata platten (raptor 32gb spinpoint 160 gb) Vor kurzem ist mein System gecrahst und beim nächsten start hatt er angezeigt das keine BOOT DISK vorhanden ist ! Ich hab danach im bios nachgesehn und da war SATA nicht mehr in der Bootreinfolge vorhanden.Anschließend hab ich Bios den Saft genommen ( Netzteil aus & Batterie raus ), was aber nichts gebracht hatt, SATA war immernoch nicht inder Bootreinfolge vorhanden! Was kann ich tun ?

PS: Es ist defintiv NICHT in den Boot optionen verfügbar, wase s laut Board Handbuch aber müsste

hmm klingt interessant, aber ich wüsst ned was das prob sein sollt :/
maybe mal bios updaten

also bei mir (asus a7n8x-del) wird sata als hdd-0 bzw hdd-1 erkannt.

stell scsi bzw. den raid controller mal ein. im normalfall ists das

so hdd1 -2 -3 -0 und scisi einstellen bringt nichts! Raid Controller ist wird keiner angezeigt. Und Bios hab ich schon 2 mal geupdated ( mit vers 24 und 17 ) beides mal ohne erfolg!
