Hatte eine Seagate U5 mit 40gb!
Jetzt hatte ich mir vor ca. einem Monat eine zweite U5 mit 40GB fürn Raid-0 Modus bestellt! Hab aber eine U6 vom Peluga zugeschickt bekommen!
Hab ich da eine schlechtere bekommen oder is das eh egal?

Die U6 is die Nachfolgeserie. Vor allem ist sie wahnsinnig leise.

hmm sowas war bei mir auch mal
Hatte ne Maxtor Vl40 bestellt und eine Plus60 bekommen
Bei mir war das problem das die vl 5400 und die Plus 7600 rpm hatte und als sie im raid liefen bei jedem neustart ein broken stripe error war
naja jetzt wart ich halt bis ich das geld zusammen hab für a 2te Plus 60 =)

funktionieren tuts bei mir ganz gut!

Hab im Raid 0 Modus 86mb/s Lesegeschwindigkeit und 46mb/s Schreibgeschwindigkeit!

Welchen Raid Controller verwendest du ?
Welches OS?
Wieviel CPU Auslastung ?
Hard oder Softwareraid?
