Ich habe ein Chaintech Socket A 7VJDA Board und einen XP 1800+ drauf.

Meine Frage: Wie kann ich ein Bios Update bei diesem Chaintech Board durchführen?

(bei meinem Asus Board ging das ganz einfach mit diesem Update Assistenten...aber bei dem hab ich keine Ahnung wie das gehen soll...)

Sind eigentlich Bios Updates grundsätzlich zu empfehlen?
