Hallo Leute,

ich verzweifel hier gerade unter Kubuntu jaunty (64bit) mit eclipse ... an folgendem Problem.

Beim versuch Plugins zu installieren bekomme ich immer folgenden Fehelr:

Unable to access "....".
Error parsing site stream. [Premature end of file.]
Premature end of file
Error parsing site stream. [Premature end of file.]
Premature end of file

Die Pfade stimmen 100%ig (hab sogar schon das eclipse 1:1 von einem Kollegen übernommen) und ich verwende sogar seine 32bit Version von Java.

Proxy-Settings sind deaktiviert und das ist auch richtig so.

Any ideas?

könnte ein Rechteproblem sein, hast das schon gecheckt ?

User ist Owner - habs auch testweise direkt mit dem user in /home entpackt.

Ebenfalls per sudo eclipse gestartet.

I took it off to be sure that it requested it (4 times) and after restart. It does and finally was able to download plugins.

I set back the password in the preferences and give a try to another plugin to confirm the "solution". So there is, I have to uncheck the option "enable proxy authentication" within the internet proxy settings so the plugin installer request the uid/pwd and connect correctly.

Schau mal ob das hilft.

Das wäre nur dann helfen, wenn ich einen Proxy verwenden würde.

Also leider Fehlanzeige.
