ich suche ein prog, mit dem ich stylesheets erstellen kann
und zwar das, dass normalerweise heruntergeladen wird, wenn man mit dem ie ein stylesheet öffnen will
is dringend

Also neben den meisten Homepage Editoren, gibts natürlich das Tool schlechthin für alle Web Programmierer:

Ausser notepad (das rult :D) lassen sich css relativ gut mit Dreamweaver bearbeiten..
