Mit einer Videorecorder-Software.

Ich mach das derzeit so:

mencoder tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:fps=50:width=768:height=576:norm=PAL:alsa:device=/dev/video0:input=3:contrast=-5 -o test.avi -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=5000:vhq -vf pp=lb -sws 9 -oac mp3lame -lameopts abr:br=128
