Jo, und zwar unter Win"K - mit FIlecache bricht die Lese/Schreibperformance meines Systems laut Sandra 2K2 SP1 Pro um gut 50% ein - und jetzt will ich's mal ohne versuchen.

Der Controller ist ein HPT372, Bios/Drivers 2.32

Geh bitte, der Test mit Cache macht doch was ganz anderes. Den Cache kann man nicht abschalten, schätz ich mal, und wenn man's könnte, würdest du es sicher nicht wollen.
