Mein Duron 800 läuft zur Zeit auf 877 Mhz!

Wie kann das sein das die CPU unter Vollast 43 Grad warm wird?

Im Idle 40 Grad.

Als Board dient das A7Pro.

Mit meiner Wakü konnte ich meinen Slot A Athlon 700@861 locker auf 25 Grad halten!

vermutlich der klassische Fehler, daß die wakü nicht richtig auf dem Die aufliegt.

möglicherweise ist die Befestigung asymmetrisch oder der Druckpunkt der Klammer ist nicht genau überm Die.

wennst in die richtung noch nicht kontrolliert hast, wärs der nächste schritt

habe schon so ziemlich alles versucht!

Hier ist meine

Wakü

Hab ein wenig Wärmeleitpaste drauf.

Wassertemp liegt bei 25 Grad.

Temp laut Bios und Motherboardmonitor

Vcore 1,65 Volt

die war wenigstens teuer was hat die gekostet 750,- oder so? ohne Versand ;)

ich kann nur sagen was die in DM gekostet hat:

Ohne alles ( Selbstabholer ) 80 DM
Mit Zoll + Versand + Halteklammer ca. 160 DM

War in 2 Tagen bei mir!

Das Ding is so schwer, das hab ich Angst, das es es mir den Sockel abreißt!
