Hi,

ich habe nen HP Vectra mit P48-MX Board. Standardmäßig läuft dort ein 1,7er P4.
Nun wollte ich nen 2,4er P4 einbauen - trotz BIOS Update keine Chance.
Wird im BIOS dann als 1,8 erkannt.

Im Windows zeigt mit die Sysinfo: Pentium 2,4 Ghz @ 1,79Ghz an.
Läuft auch auf 1,79 ....

Hab ich hier ne Chance!?

Multi und FSB richtig eingestellt? Wird oft nicht automatisch erkannt
