need help - wie setze ich macOS 8 auf - Forum

hi berschn!

ich hab hier in der firma einen G3 geerbt ... den möcht ich mir ins netzwerk hängen ...

allerdings hab ich kein admin PWD um die netzwerkeinstellungen zu bearbeiten ...

ich hab hier eine macOS 8 cd ... wie setze ich neu auf ?

ich nehm mal an dass ich beim start irgendeine tastenkombination drücken muss - nur welche ?

apfel-c waehrend des bootens gedrueckt halten. dann sollte das werkl von der cd booten.

der trottel bootet mir trotzdem von der platte (auf der 0s9.2 oben ist) ...

ich mag aber formattieren und komplett neu aufsetzen ...

gibts irgendwo eine guide dafür ?

google spuckt zu os8 installation guide auch nichts brauchbares aus !

naja, wie immer gilt auch hier: google is your friend

. (und er spuckt sehr wohl was mit den richtigen queries aus)

aber nichtsdestotrotz hier:

hab apple taste, alt, shift, control & löschen gehalten

er hat mir das macos9.2 von der platte gebootet - allerdings mit kommentar - extensions off

warum kann man bei dem häusl nicht einfach format c: machen

er tut nix mit der cd

stell ich mich wirklich deppert an oder hat der mac einen poscher?

@funka - ich hab hier original im moment nur das os8 herumliegen ...

ich will ja nur wissen wie man von der be****nen cd bootet - macosX wird eh von der firma gekauft

naja, wie in dem gepasteten textschnippel vermerkt, bootet os8 generell nicht von third-party-cdroms. evtl. ist das bei deinem g3 der fall.

an dem kistl wurde ja nichts geändert - der ist standard so wie er im jahre schnee gekauft wurde ...

achja ein bisserl offtopic ...

der hat einen echt netten 21er dabei - den würd ich gern an meinem pc laufen lassen - allerdings ist da das bild etwas unscharf - am mac angesteckt nicht - brauch ich da neue treiber ?
