Well i currently use 3x32 GB as well (signature is outdated), G.Skill CL30, 6000. If its Patriot Viper Kits, they are tested for EXPO 6000, so i doubt they are dual rank memory modules as very few CPU's would be able to run that, its practically as illusionary as running 4x single rank at 6000

Whatever the exact reason is, (Memory, Board, CPU), the performance difference is not worth the expenses it would bring up.
