DIGITIMES berichtet vom aktuellen Pre-Release der Open NAND Flash Interface Working Group (ONFi). Bisher erreichte ein NAND-Flash-Interface eine Transferrate von 50 MB/s, nun liegt das Limit bei 133 MB/s.

na da freun wir uns vor allem auf die 400mb/s variante :)
