Habe einen 512 MB CL2.5 orig. Infineon auf einem P4PE Mainboard Rev. 1.03
Bios 1002 Final.

Bei den Speichetinings stellt er mir per SPD
2.5-3-3-7 (7=activ Precharger Delay)
ein.
Die 7 erscheinen mir zu hoch?
Hat noch wer so ein Modul zum Vergleich?
