Ja sind langsame pcs, linux würde sich anbieteN!
Würde ja suse 7.2 nehmen nur finde ichs nirgends!

sollte wenig speicherplatz brauchen und MUSS eine Grafische oberfläche haben!

IIRC hab ich noch ein SuSE zu Hause liegen. Ich glaub es ist Version 7.3. Vielleicht hab ich aber auch noch ein früheres. Kannst damit etwas anfangen?

suse ist viel zu speicherintensiv. nimm debian + normalen windowmanager (kein gnome oder kde).

Es gibt ein speziell gepatchtes Red Hat Linux 8.0 für ältere Rechner, allerdings finde ich die URL derzeit nicht :(

Generell ist aber Windows 95/98 schneller als eine aktuelle Linux Distribution :eek:

fuer alte schwache maschinen wuerd ich dir auch zu debian raten. oder slackware ;).
