Laut folgendender Anleitung sogar Outlook Express Ordner importierbar, .iaf Konten sowieo, Kontakte werde ich noch prüfen. (.wab)

Kontakte sollten sich laut Google aus OE als LDIF exportieren lassen. Mails kriegt man sicher auch irgendwie standardkonform raus (mbox vermutlich). Machbar ist das sicher alles, und dann bist du nicht mehr in diesem laestigen, proprietaeren Gefaengnis.

wenn schon windows mail dann würd ich das neue verwenden, was im live package dabei ist. gibts über windows update afaik

im link wird aber erklärt wie man das windows mail aus vista verwendet?

windows mail ist ja in win7 eingebaut, nur deaktiviert, und im gegensatz zum Live! kann mann hier von seinem Outlook Express aus XP Zeiten importieren.

TB fragt beim Import nach, was du von wo importieren willst. In OE musste ich beim Umstieg vor etlichen Jahren gar nichts exportieren, TB hat OE gefunden und mir alle Mails und Kontakte problemlos importiert.
