Ich verwende Outlook 2016 + Hosted Exchange (World4you)...
Als ich noch ein Pop/Imap-Postfach verwendet habe, konnte ich bei World4you einstellen das einem Absender, der mir zum ersten mal eine Mail sendet, ein Automatischer Text gesendet wird. Das geht nun leider nicht mehr.

Habt ihr eine Idee wie ich das zb über Regeln lösen kann?
Wenn jemand zum ersten mal eine Mail sendet -> Automatische Antwort.. Bei den kommenden mails nicht mehr.
