Gibts eigentlich ein funktionierendes Mp3-Sortierungstool ?

Gehn wir vom theoretischen Ansatz aus das jemand seit jahren eine wild wuchernde mp3 sammlung hat, der jegliche ordnung fremd ist.

gibts programme die das sortieren können ? (zumindest nach gleichen infos im id3 tag)

Für Windows foobar2000 über die File Operations.
Kann auf Wunsch eine gesamte Verzeichnisstruktur anlegen und ist sehr flexibel dabei.

Für Linux sollte das Ex Falso, oder auch Thunar per Plugin können.
Für KDE (bzw. mit Qt) gibt es garantiert auch ein entsprechendes Tool.
