Ich suche ein Prog. zum Erstellen eines Backups/Ghostimages für eine S-ATA Festplatte. Hatte Norton Systemworks 2004 Pro drauf drauf, aber das Ghost dort konnte leider nur IDE Platten backupen...

Kennt von Euch jemand ein Prog., dass dies kann?

Ghost + SATA sollte grundsätzlich funktionieren (habe schon mit Ghost 2003 SATA-Images gemacht, ohne Schwierigkeiten), in der Praxis gibt´s jedoch mit einigen Controllern Probleme -->
1. Ghost updaten
2. Versuch´s mal mit den Switches "-FNI" oder "-NOIDE"

Also ich habe Ghost 2003 drauf und kein Problem damit von meiner S-ATA HD ein Image zu ziehen - Keine Probs mit dem NF-2 Controller vom Abit ...

Du startest es eh im Windows, oder?
Oder fährst mit Dos-Bootdisk hoch und willst danach ein Image erstellen?
