Hab mir gestern das pro mal zum testen runtergeladen und hat auch ganz gut geklappt. Das Problem seit heute stürzt Outlook beim starten ab und der messenger lässt sich nimma öffnen ich brauch die beiden progs aber dringend kann mir wer helfen?? Systemwiederherstellung geht net.

probier mal das programm zu deinstallieren
und dann lass mal einen virenscanner drüberlaufen, auf www.free-av.de gibts einen gratis, der geht ganz gut.
wenn das net hilft weiss ich net weiter, ausser das du deine daten sicherst und deinen pc neu aufsetzt

so laso ich habs deinstalliert ghabt und neu drauftan hat nix bracht also hab ich den PC halt neu aufgsetzt jetzt gehts!!
