dieses email hab ich gestern bekommen (als reply)

Thank-you for your interest in the HS Heatronics Zen SCR325-2F Radiator.
We have now made these available for pre-order at The Overclocking
Store. You can place your pre-order via this page:
http://www.theoverclockingstore.co....hp?categoryid=5

Interest has been strong from all over the world, from USA / Canada,
throughout Europe, and even as far as Singapore and Australia! You are
advised to place a pre-order to avoid disappointment.

I would like to take this opportunity to answer a few of the most
popular questions I've been asked:

1. “How much does it cost?” - Our price is £75.00 +vat. Depending on
the varying exchange rate, that works out to be approx US$105.

Orders from outside the EU (see below) are exempt from the UK sales tax
of 17.5%, and any orders from outside mainland Britain will be charged
shipping at cost (as per normal, UK customers enjoy free shipping)

2. “I live in XYZ – can you ship to me” – certainly. The Overclocking
Store ships worldwide. I don’t yet have the figures, when I have my
sample, I will be able to calculate the shipping costs to your area for
an order of a Zen. Delivery time:
a. UK orders: 1-3 days
b. Europe: 3-5 days
c. USA: 4-10 days

These are guideline times, and may vary up or down depending on your
particular area.

A Zen cooler on its own qualifies for our £5 (US$7.50) “Europe / USA
Small” rate. Any additional item(s) may increase this cost, and you will
be advised by a member of OCS staff by email.

3. “How can I pay?” – we can accept the following methods of
payment:
a. VISA
b. Mastercard
c. Switch
d. Solo
e. Cheque
f. Postal order
g. Bank transfer

Cheque / Postal order is probably the slowest method. Credit card is the
quickest for UK customers, but foreign customers should note: due to
fraudulent use, we have a number of anti-fraud measures in place. This
may involve you sending us further information (such as a photocopy of
your passport) and may delay the acceptance of payment. A bank transfer
is definitely the easiest method of payment if you’re ordering from
abroad. Please contact us for details.

4. “Will it fit my motherboard?” – a list of all compatible motherboards
we sell is in the product description. If your board is not listed,
check the dimensions or contact us for advice. A good general rule is
this: if a Swiftech MC462-A fits, the Zen will fit.

That’s more or less it. Here’s the link again if you want to place your
pre-order.
http://www.theoverclockingstore.co....hp?categoryid=5

Stock should arrive next week. If you have any questions, all the
details are under Contact Us on the website.

Happy shopping.
