Sorry,hab im Moment keinen P4 zur Hand,würd aber trotzdem gerne wissen wie groß die Northbridge is ?
Bin grad dabei mir nen Kühler zu basteln...:rolleyes:

Welchen Chipset hast du?

Nicht so unwesentlich IMHO in dem Fall.

Maße des Zern Northbridge Wasserkühlers: 40x40 mm. Passt sicher auch auf deinen Chipsatz... Wenn du Zweifel hast nimm halt 50x50 her und das passt sicher

Hab auch grad unter den Kühlern geschaut,darauf hät ich auch vorher kommen können...

Hab jetzt 36x36 genommen,leider Alu,der Sch*** lässt si net löten...:bash:
