Neues AMD Sys bringt mich zur verzweiflung (Win10/Steam probleme)

Also nach kurzer Google-Suche kann ich das mal anbieten:

For the programs to start up correctly again, just follow some basic steps:

Click on the Start menu Windows key-windows.jpg;
Click on Control Panel;
Click System;
Click on Advanced System Settings;
In the System window that opens, click on the Advanced tab and, in the Performance box, click on the Settings button.
Access the last tab, Data Execution Prevention, select the first option available, called Enable DEP only for essential Windows programs and services.
Finally, click Apply followed by OK in the open windows and restart your computer. After restarting, try to run the program in question and check its operation.

Würde sich auch mit meinen Vermutungen von falsche Energieeinstellung decken. Offenbar können einige Spiele auch dieses Verhalten auslösen und sogar die Radeon-Software beleidigen (wtf warum auch immer)

System schon mal gecheckt obs nicht korrupt ist mit sfc /scannow ?

Hatte schon mehrfach Geräte wo der Ram/Board/Memcontroller der CPU einfach defekt war das ein Memtest auch nach 2-3h keinen Fehler gefunden hat, Prime auch stundenlang gelaufen ist, aber sich das System innerhalb von 3-4 Wochen soweit selbst zerlegt und korrumpiert hat das es unreparabel war.
