The Covenant (2023)

action, spannung, drama und 2 gute hauptdarsteller (jake gyllenhaal eigentlich immer super) - der film hat mich sehr positiv überrascht.
kann man sich definitiv anschauen.

Das übliche halt. Die Repräsentation der Taliban, das Dick-Swinging der Soldaten.
Es gibt durchaus Filme wo das noch wesentlich präsenter ist, aber Antikriegsfilm darf man sich halt keinen erwarten.

Danke, dann werde ich den auslassen, halte ich auch nicht aus.

Laut Synopsis hätte ich eher gedacht, dass er etwas in die andere Richtung geht, aber bei den Amis ist da wohl immer noch weit von der Mitte entfernt.

Definitiv kein "feel good" Film. Ritchie versuchts mal auf "Oscar" worthy und das könnte sogar funktionieren.

Die Schauspielerei ist grandios..
