New AMD Zen 7 leak sheds light on impressive performance uplift and massively increased 3D V-cache

Moore's Law is Dead has revealed a ton of information about AMD's upcoming Zen 7 architecture. Its CCDs will be manufactured on TSMC's A16 node and can fit up to 16 full-fat Zen 7 cores.

Erste Gerüchte gab's schon im April, aber Details werden mehr.
Release vermutlich Anfang 2028.
Damit wird AM5 sicherlich noch bis 2030 mit CPU versorgt werden
