hallo!

ich sollte für einen optiker einen barcode scanner (scanplus 1800) installieren...

weiss irgendwer wie man das und was man da machen muss?

wennst das richtige kabel hast (pc keyboard wedge): anstecken.

damit steckt man das ding zwischen tastatur und ps/2 (oder at)-port und der scanner wirft das ergebnis des barcodes direkt in den pc - kein treiber, keine installation.

ja, das hab i gmacht...

aber i hab ja irgendwo glesen, dass ma da irgendwas einstellen muss, ländereinstellungen oder sonst wos...

ja, da sollte ein heftchen mit steuercodes beiliegen - sind eigene strichcodes, mit denen du die settings verändern kannst
