naja weis nicht recht, sooo genial ist das ganze nicht, imho sidn die grössen wesentlich grösser als bei silizium (damit ma optisch was sieht muss es ca. 5yµm gross sein - meine persönliche erfahrung)

nanoröhrchen sidnnett nur glaub ich nicht an den durchbruch, bei derherstellung einfach sehr teuer, da stell ma vorher wieer auf germanium um oder auf doppeltes SOI
