probleme mit attiny2313

hallo leuts. heut is meine relais karte gekommen und mein attiny2313. ich krieg aber den attiny2313 ned zu laufen. die software hab ich schon. aber wenn ich die stark kommt immer diese meldung hier:

und da steht dann noch port is closed. ich kann mit dem program aber nur comport 1 auswählen, dieser ist aber jener auf dem mainboard und nicht jener vom attiny2313.
kann mir wer weiter helfen?
